▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The converter has an electrolyte layer and an upper metal electrode arranged on top part of an upper graphene strip array. The upper graphene strip array and a lower graphene strip array are arranged with each other in a vertical manner. A lower metal electrode and the electrolyte layer are arranged on a bottom part of the lower graphene strip array. The lower metal electrode and the electrolyte layer are formed with a medium substrate i.e. silicon carbide. The lower metal electrode and the electrolyte layer are filled with silicon dioxide. USE - Graphene based optical polarization converter. ADVANTAGE - The converter adjusts Fermi level of graphene to control transmitted light of light vector magnitude and phase so as to realize active polarization light control process in an effective manner, and increases response speed in a quick manner.
