NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/copper composite material, comprises (i) adopting chemical vapor deposition process to prepare graphene film on the surface of described rolled copper foil to make copper/graphene material; (ii) using a high-purity sputtering copper target as a material, using a physical vapor deposition process to deposit a copper film on the surface of the copper/graphene material to make a copper/carbon/copper material; (iii) using a chemical vapor deposition process to prepare a graphene film on the surface of the copper/carbon/copper material to make copper/carbon/copper/carbon composite material; (iv) using a high-purity sputtering copper target as a material, using a physical vapor deposition process to deposit a copper film on the surface of the copper/carbon/copper/carbon composite material to obtain a copper/carbon/copper/carbon composite material; and (v)continuing to repeat method to make a graphene/copper composite material with a multi-layer structure. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/copper composite material with multi-layer structure, which replaces traditional copper material or silver material, improves the efficiency, and reduces the temperature rise.
