NOVELTY - A high flame retardant polyamide fiber is prepared by adding the polyamide 6 into formic acid solution, stirring, swelling and adding hyperbranched polyester amide modified graphene, stirring uniformly, spinning, adding fiber into deionized water for soaking and washing. USE - High flame retardant polyamide fiber. ADVANTAGE - The high flame retardant polyamide fiber uses graphene nanoparticles and the polyamide 6 fiber which has excellent dispersibility, interface compatibility, enhancing and modifying. The surface-modified hyperbranched polyester amide contains a flexible alkyl chain and plays excellent toughening effect, promotes the charring property of the polyamide 6 fiber during combustion, inhibits the combustion chain reaction process, and achieves the excellent flame-retardant effect.
