NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified flame retardant cable material using 100 pts. wt. polyolefin, 5-8 pts. wt. ammonium heptamolybdate, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 3-6 pts. wt. basic sodium aluminum carbonate and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate. The graphene modified flame retardant cable material is prepared by mixing polyolefins, ammonium heptamolybdate, nano-graphene powder, basic sodium aluminum carbonate and dibutyltin dilaurate at a speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute for 15-20 minutes to obtain premix mixture. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified flame retardant cable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene modified flame retardant cable material with toxicity index not more than 2.0 low smoke, no halogen, and good inflaming retarding effect and, is prepared in an eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified flame retardant cable material using 100 pts. wt. polyolefin, 5-8 pts. wt. ammonium heptamolybdate, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 3-6 pts. wt. basic sodium aluminum carbonate and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate. The obtained premix mixture is kneaded at 150-160 degrees C for 20-30 minutes in a kneader to obtain kneaded mixture. The obtained kneaded mixture is extruded by placing in a two-stage single-screw extruder at 155-190 degrees C and machine head temperature of 195-215 degrees C to obtain the desired product.
