NOVELTY - Slide rail has sliding rail surface of 20-30 microns and thickness of plasma spraying nano hexagonal boron nitride and graphene composite. USE - Slide rail for automobile sliding door. ADVANTAGE - The slide rail reduces friction coefficient and wear rate by more than 50% than a base under loading condition, and has low friction coefficient and good durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano hexagonal boron nitride and graphene composite, which involves: (A) adding the nano hexagonal boron nitride particles and graphene in the planetary ball mill for 5 minutes; (B) milling for 5 minutes and adding organic binder to obtain suspension; and (C) spraying suspension to granulation to obtain nano hexagonal boron nitride and graphene composite.
