▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A hybrid graphene/titania material for photocatalytic degradation of mycotoxin comprises titania nanoparticles, and single layer or multilayer graphene sheets coated on surface, and is prepared by hydrothermally synthesizing graphene oxide and titania nanoparticles in a ratio of 0.1-10:100. USE - Hybrid graphene/titania material for photocatalytic degradation of mycotoxin such as deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, aflatoxin, fumonisin, ochratoxin, and T-2 toxin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid graphene/titania material is prepared by simple process with excellent photocatalytic activity, and is suitable for photocatalytic degradation of mycotoxin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of hybrid graphene/titania material, which involves (i) ultrasonically treating oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, forming an oxidized graphene dispersion into a uniform dispersion, low-speed centrifuging, removing lower-layer aggregates to obtain an upper layer solution, ultrasonically treating supernatant solution, peeling off the graphene oxide in the upper layer solution, high-speed centrifuging, removing unstripped graphene oxide, dispersing exfoliated graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically treating, homogeneously dispersing the exfoliated graphene oxide in deionized water, and peeling off to obtain a single layer or multi-layer structured oxidized graphene dispersion, (ii) mixing single layer or multi-layer structured oxidized graphene dispersion with titania nanoparticles, stirring, ultrasonically treating, forming nano titania nanoparticles in uniform dispersed state to obtain a mixture, where the ratio of graphene oxide and titania nanoparticles in the mixture is 0.1-10:100, and (iii) hydrothermally reacting the mixture; and (2) application of hybrid graphene/titania material for photocatalytic degradation of mycotoxin.
