▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified carbon fiber emulsion sizing agent comprises an organic resin, an emulsifier, a lubricating agent, graphene, an organic solvent and deionized water, where the mass of each of the emulsifier, lubricating agent, graphene and organic solvent is 2-14%, 0.5-2%, 0.05-1% and 30-200% of the mass of the organic resin respectively. The solid content of the mixture is 0.1-5% and the solid content of the mixture is the total mass content of the organic resin, emulsifier, lubricating agent and graphene. USE - Used as a graphene modified carbon fiber emulsion sizing agent. ADVANTAGE - The emulsion sizing agent: has a simple preparation, renders excellent protection to the carbon fiber, and improves the interface properties of the carbon fiber and matrix resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the grapheme modified carbon fiber emulsion sizing agent, comprising: (i) dissolving the organic resin in the organic solvent at 30-100 degrees C to obtain the organic resin solution, where the mass of the organic solvent is 30-200% of the organic resin; (ii) uniformly mixing the emulsifier, lubricating agent and deionized water after cooling the organic resin solution into normal temperature, adding organic resin solution, and agitating by using the dispersion emulsifier until the phase of the mixture is transferred, where the rotation speed of the dispersion emulsifier is 10000-20000 revolutions per minute, the mass of the emulsifier is 2-14% of the organic resin, and the mass of the lubricating agent is 0.5-2% of the organic resin, adding deionized water until the solid content of the mixture is 30-50% after continuously agitating for 30-60 minutes to obtain an organic resin emulsion; and (iii) slowly adding graphene into the organic resin emulsion, uniformly agitating, and continuing to add deionized water, diluting the mixture until the solid content is 0.1-5% and preparing the graphene modified sizing agent.
