NOVELTY - High efficient solar heat absorbing material comprises 12-18 pts. wt. silicone resin, 15-22 pts. wt. graphene, 17-24 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 12-17 pts. wt. hydroxylated linseed oil, 6-11 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 14-18 pts. wt. nano powder, 12-17 pts. wt. metal nitrate, 5-9 pts. wt. curing agent, 8-13 pts. wt. light-absorbing agent, 7-11 pts. wt. film forming agent, 6-9 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 4-7 pts. wt. organic solvent and 4-7 pts. wt. polyether modified silicone oil antifoaming agent. USE - Used as high efficient solar heat absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The absorbing material: has excellent energy absorption performance, photo-catalytic migration performance, long service life, mild reaction technique condition and low production cost; increases solar absorption range; enhances thermal conduction of the heat absorbing material so that the absorbing material; and is suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high efficient solar heat absorbing material, comprising (a) mixing silicone resin and butyl acrylate into a reaction kettle, reacting at 85-88 degrees C under pressure of 3-5 MPa for 0.8-1.1 hours, then orderly adding polyethylene glycol, hydroxylated linseed oil and absorbing agent, heating to 105-110 degrees C and stirring for 0.5-0.6 hours to obtain mixture 1, (b) adding graphene, carbon fiber and nano-powder into organic solvent and soaking for 3-3.5 hours, then adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, mixing uniformly and adding into a ball mill and wet grinding for 1.5-1.8 hours to obtain mixture 2, (c) mixing the mixture 2 and metal nitrate in a mixer, heating, stirring and reacting at 92-95 degrees C for 12-16 minutes, then cooling to 65-68 degrees C, vacuum extracting and distilling for 0.8-1 hour to obtain mixture 3, and (d) mixing mixture 3, curing agent, film forming agent and polyether modified silicone oil defoaming agent into a double-screw extruder, fusing and extruding, adding into a mold pressing and forming to obtain final product.
