▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-temperature coating of graphene anti-corrosive layer on stainless steel composite material involves performing copper or nickel plating on stainless steel surface, placing the processed stainless steel into the reaction chamber of vacuum tube furnace, controlling the pressure of the reaction chamber to less than 5 MPa, heating with hydrogen gas at a heating rate of 5-15 degrees C/minute, maintaining the temperature for 1-60 minutes when the temperature of the furnace reaches 800-1200 degrees C, passing carbon-containing gas, maintaining the temperature for another 1-60 minutes to thermally decompose the carbon-containing gas, coating graphene on the stainless steel surface and lowering the temperature of the reaction chamber to room temperature. USE - High-temperature coating of graphene anti-corrosive layer on stainless steel composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method forms a graphene anti-corrosive layer on the surface of stainless steel having high-temperature resistance, oxidation and corrosion resistance without using additional adhesives.
