▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene copper composite material comprises (i) pre-setting multi-layer copper foil in the hot pressing chamber, (ii) adopting chemical vapor deposition process, taking methane as carbon source, preparing graphene film on the surface of copper foil, and preparing graphene copper raw material, and (iii) using a hot-press sintering process to hot-press and sinter the graphene-copper raw material. USE - The material is useful in supercapacitors and motor drive devices to improve performance and reduce temperature rise. ADVANTAGE - The material can replace the traditional copper material or silver material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene copper composite material prepared by the above method.
