NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity insulating silica gel, comprises (i) coating liquid silica gel on both sides of a layer of fluorinated graphene membrane, (ii) placing another layer of fluorinated graphene film on the liquid silica gel, (iii) coating liquid silica gel on another layer of fluorinated graphene membrane, (iv) repeating steps (ii) and (iii) to obtain a fluorinated graphene film/silica gel stack, (v) curing the above fluorinated graphene film/silica gel stack to obtain a fluorinated graphene film/silica gel complex material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity insulating silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts high thermal conductivity fluorinated graphene film as thermal conductive filler, and the thermal conductivity is significantly improved.
