▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide-doped nickel/nickel foam product involves pretreating nickel foam and performing three-electrode electrodeposition, and in-situ reduction of graphene oxide by directly immersing the pretreated nickel/nickel foam in aqueous solution of graphene oxide and reducing. USE - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide-doped nickel/nickel foam product used as cathode gas diffusion layers in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (claimed) used in heavy trucks, aerospace and military applications. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method adopts electrodeposition to deposit nickel nanoparticles on the surface of the nickel foam, so that the reduction degree of graphene oxide is high, effectively reduces the contact resistance between the gas diffusion layer and the collector plate, prevents corrosion of nickel foam substrate compared with the direct reduction of graphene oxide with nickel foam, and does not use toxic reducing agents in reduction of graphene oxide, which ensures high safety and operability.
