NOVELTY - Two-dimensional nano low-surface-treated graphene anticorrosive primer comprises 30-40 wt.% epoxy resin, 5-8 wt.% xylene, 1-3 wt.% isobutyl alcohol, 0.3-1 wt.% polyamide wax, 22.3-27.5 wt.% pigment and filler, 5-8 wt.% zinc phosphate, 0.1-0.5 wt.% organosilicon polymer, 10-30 wt.% two-dimensional nanographene and 12-15 wt.% curing agent. USE - Two-dimensional nano low-surface-treated graphene anticorrosive primer. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional nano low-surface-treated graphene anticorrosive primer improves anticorrosive performance by 1-2 times as compared with conventional anticorrosive paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a two-dimensional nano low-surface-treated graphene anticorrosive primer, which involves: (A) putting epoxy resin, dimethylbenzene, isobutanol and polyamide wax into reactor, and stirring it at high speed for 0.2-0.3 hours until mixed solution is completely diluted and dissolved; (B) putting pigment and filler, zinc phosphate, organosilicon polymer, and two-dimensional nanographene into mixed solution, and dispersing it at 1000 revolutions per minutes and placing it at 55-60 degrees C for 15 minutes; and (C) adding curing agent into mixed solution, dispersing it for 5-10 minutes, and packaging it into package to obtain final product.
