▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a reinforced graphene composite material, comprises preparing a mixed solution by mixing 0.1-5 wt.% graphene with polymeric resin, applying a voltage of 50 kV to the mixed solution, and electrically spraying the mixed solution through an open cell foam type nozzle into a collector. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing reinforced graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: produces reinforced graphene composite material having excellent conductivity and enhanced physical properties, in a simple and cost effective manner; and utilizes open cell foam type nozzle which prevents blockage of the nozzle portion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device for producing the reinforced graphene composite material, comprising a solution supply unit for supplying the mixed solution, a voltage supplier to apply voltage on the mixed solution, a nozzle to spray the voltage applied mixed solution on collector and a collector for collecting the injected mixed solution.
