NOVELTY - Rubber material comprises butyl rubber, natural rubber, graphene oxide, sodium thiosulfate, hydrochloric acid, carbon black, magnesium oxide, paraffin, anti-aging agent, tackifier, softener and accelerator in a mass ratio of 40-60:15-35:1-5:0.01-0.26:0.03-0.37:6-12:2-6:1-5:2-4:1-3:1-3:1-2. USE - The rubber material is used for automobile shock absorption for inhibiting vibration and impact from the road after the spring shock absorption and plays an important role in the comfort and operation stability of the vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has improved high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion with the metal, protects the metal or other substrate from corrosion of various medium, and improves the service life of the rubber liner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber material, comprising (1) adding graphene oxide into deionized water and stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding sodium thiosulfate solution and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, where the ultrasonic frequency is 10-18 kHz, adding hydrochloric acid dropwise during ultrasonic dispersion, continuing ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain graphene oxide composites, (2) uniformly mixing butyl rubber and natural rubber, adding tackifier, carbon black, magnesium oxide and paraffin successively and continuing mixing for 5-15 minutes, adding anti-aging agent and graphene oxide composite, mixing for 2-10 minutes, then adding softener and accelerator, mixing for 2-6 minutes, and extruding to obtain a billet, and (3) applying the billet on the metal substrate, injecting saturated steam at normal pressure, keeping it warm at 50-60°C for 5-15 hours, adjusting the temperature to 100-120°C, keeping warm for 10-20 minutes, cooling down to room temperature, and drying to obtain rubber material.
