NOVELTY - Flame-retardant fabric with electrostatic protection comprises wear-resistant layer (1), waterproof layer (2), antistatic layer (3), flame-retardant layer (4) and reinforced base layer (5). The waterproof layer is connected to the lower surface of the wear-resistant layer. The antistatic layer is connected to the lower surface of the waterproof layer and the flame-retardant layer is connected to the antistatic layer. The lower surface of the layer, the reinforcing base layer is connected to the lower surface of the flame-retardant layer. The wear-resistant layer comprises 60-70 pts. wt. cotton fiber and 30-50 pts. wt. hemp fiber. The waterproof layer is made base cloth by polyester fiber and is coated with polyurethane waterproof coating on its surface. The antistatic layer comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. antistatic powder, and 30-40 pts. wt. cotton fiber. USE - Used as flame retardant fabric with electrostatic protection. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has high electrostatic protection effect and flame retardant function, so that the use effect of the fabric is more perfect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flame-retardant fabric with electrostatic protection comprises wear-resistant layer (1), waterproof layer (2), antistatic layer (3), flame-retardant layer (4) and reinforced base layer (5). The waterproof layer is connected to the lower surface of the wear-resistant layer. The antistatic layer is connected to the lower surface of the waterproof layer and the flame-retardant layer is connected to the antistatic layer. The lower surface of the layer, the reinforcing base layer is connected to the lower surface of the flame-retardant layer. The wear-resistant layer comprises 60-70 pts. wt. cotton fiber and 30-50 pts. wt. hemp fiber. The waterproof layer is made base cloth by polyester fiber and is coated with polyurethane waterproof coating on its surface. The antistatic layer comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. antistatic powder, and 30-40 pts. wt. cotton fiber. The flame-retardant layer comprises 25-35 pts. wt. polysulfone fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. flame-retardant powder, 16-18 pts. wt. polyester fiber, and 45-55 pts. wt. acrylic fiber. The reinforcing base layer comprises 90-95 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 4-8 pts. wt. activated carbon, and 2-5 pts. wt. softening agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame-retardant fabric with electrostatic protection comprising (a) adding the wear-resistant layer composed of cotton fiber and hemp fiber to stir, adding to the screw extruder for melt extrusion, obtaining first composite fiber, weaving the composite fiber through the warp and weft weaving method, (b) weaving the waterproof layer by polyester fiber through warp and weft weaving method, obtaining the bottom cloth, coating the polyurethane waterproof coating on the surface, (c) preparing the antistatic powder, adding polyester fiber, antistatic powder and cotton fiber into the mixer to stir, adding to the screw extruder for melt extrusion, obtaining composite fiber, weaving the composite fiber through warp and weft weaving method, (d) preparing the flame retardant powder, adding the polysulfone fiber, flame retardant powder, polyester fiber and acrylic fiber into the mixer to stir, adding to the screw extruder for melt extrusion, obtaining third composite fiber, weaving the third composite fiber through warp and weft interweaving method, (e) adding reinforcing base layer material cotton fiber, activated carbon and softening agent in the mixer to stir, adding to the screw extruder for melt extrusion, obtaining fourth composite fiber, weaving the fourth composite fiber through warp and weft weaving method and (f) sequentially bonding and pressing the wear-resistant layer, the waterproof layer, the antistatic layer, the flame retardant layer and the reinforced base layer.
