▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced building ceramic comprises (i) taking the flake graphite according to the weight of the building ceramic blank 1-3%, placing in a roller kiln, rapidly heating more than 1100 degrees C, quenching, repeating the heating and quenching process for many times to obtain mixture, (ii) mixing the mixture with polyurethane and latex, using ultrasonic vibration treatment under anhydrous conditions, and adding waste paper to obtain raw material, (iii) mixing the raw materials, crystalline silicon and graphite, adding deionized water and ethanol, mixing into a slurry, feeding into a ball mill for 2-4 hours, and drying to obtain material, and (iv) adding water into the material to obtain a slurry, spray-drying the slurry, pressing, molding, and sintering in a roller kiln. USE - The method is useful for peparing graphene-reinforced building ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The method improves plasticity and toughness of graphene-reinforced building ceramics.
