NOVELTY - Graphene ultra-high molecule weight polyethylene hybrid fiber has tensile strength 2.2-3.0GPa, tensile modulus 100-180GPa, thermal decomposition temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere 350-430 degrees C. Raw materials are prepared by using oleophilic modified graphene or graphene oxide dispersion and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene dope paraffin oil, the weight ratio between 1: 9. The lipophilic modified graphene or graphene oxide dispersion of graphene or graphene oxide solution in ethanol and lipophilic modifier has weight ratio of 1: 10-10: 1 mixture of blended solution. USE - Graphene ultra-high molecule weight polyethylene hybrid fiber. ADVANTAGE - Graphene ultra-high molecule weight polyethylene hybrid fiber has high fiber matrix strength, good heat resistance, improved stress concentration and other improved mechanical properties with simple, easy to operate, widely used preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene ultra-high molecule weight polyethylene hybrid fiber has tensile strength 2.2-3.0GPa, tensile modulus 100-180GPa, thermal decomposition temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere 350-430 degrees C. Raw materials are prepared by using oleophilic modified graphene or graphene oxide dispersion and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene dope paraffin oil, the weight ratio between 1: 9. The lipophilic modified graphene or graphene oxide dispersion of graphene or graphene oxide solution in ethanol and lipophilic modifier has weight ratio of 1: 10-10: 1 mixture of blended solution. Graphene or graphene oxide dispersion are added to a mixed solution of ethanol graphene oxide or graphene ethanol feed solution, 0.1 to 10 wt.% graphene or graphene oxide material is present.
