▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises: a two-dimensional substrate; and at least one organometallic compound bonded to the two-dimensional substrate, where the organometallic compound comprises carbonyl group. USE - The catalyst is useful for preparing polymer product (claimed), and polymerization reactions e.g. transesterification. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: retains partial catalytic activity; and has improved long-term stability of resulting polymer products, against various environmental factors e.g. sunlight or thermal exposure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: preparing (M1) polymer product, comprising combining a catalyst with an alcohol and an ester in a solvent to generate a mixture, where the catalyst comprising as per se, and obtaining the polymer product from the mixture; and making (M2) catalyst, comprising combining two-dimensional substrate, first organic solvent and deprotonation reagent to form mixture, adding organometallic compound to the mixture, reacting the mixture with the organometallic compound for a predetermined period of time, combining the mixture and second organic solvent, and filtering the mixture with the second organic solvent.
