NOVELTY - Graphene quantum dot composite fireproof material coating comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% graphene, 5.0-10.0 wt.% chromium(III) oxide, 10.0-17.0 wt.% titanium dioxide, 10.0-15.0 wt.% calcium oxide, 58.0-68.0 wt.% aluminum oxide, 1.0 -2.0 wt.% magnesium oxide, and 5-15 wt.% spinel (TiMg2O4, FeAl2O4, MgAl2O4, TiMn2O4). USE - Graphene quantum dot composite fireproof material coating for hearth furnace lining. ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot composite fireproof material coating is prepared in simple manner, uses cost effective ingredients, has average emissivity in the range of 1000-1350 degrees C as more then or equal to 0.98, which increases the effective radiation heat exchange intensity of the furnace and the service life of the furnace, and increases the heat efficiency and furnace life and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene quantum dot composite fireproof material coating, which involves: (A) weighing homogeneous mixture of raw materials, grinding in a high-energy ball mill into -200 mesh powder, where -325 mesh is more than 50 wt.%, and -1500 mesh is more than 15 wt.%; (B) mixing 70-72 wt.% mixed raw material powder and 28-30 wt.% binder, where binder is a concentration of 18-22 wt.% sodium silicate or 70-90 vol.% phosphoric acid; (C) adding in a speed of 800rpm-1200rpm in high-speed stirred tank and stirring for 80min-140min to obtain paste material; (D) spraying paste material onto the inner wall of the furnace with a 6-8 kg/cm2 compressed air spray gun to form a layer with a thickness of 0.5mm-0.7mm, and the amount per unit area is 0.25-1.25 kg/m2; and (E) coating inner wall of the furnace with a coating, heating furnace in oven to a gradient, where heating temperature and time are 25-450 degrees C for 18h, 450 degrees C for 4h, 450-800 degrees C for 18h, 800 degrees C for 2h, 800-1200 degrees C for 8h, 1200 degrees C for 2h, 1200-1360 degrees C for 6h, 1360 degrees C for 48h and 1360 degrees C to -25 degrees C for 70h to obtain graphene quantum dot composite fireproof material coating.
