NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heating floor tile bonding adhesive involves weighing 5-15 pts. wt. of dibutyl phthalate, 1-3 pts. wt. of octanol, 50-60 pts. wt. of deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 pts. wt. of starch glue, 40-50 pts. wt. of vinyl acetate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. of initiator, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. of emulsifier and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. of flame retardant filler. The dibutyl phthalate and octanol are put into the reaction kettle, stirred at 500 revolutions/minute for 2 hours to prepare a mixed solution, and taken out the obtained mixed solution for use. The deionized water is added to the reaction kettle, set the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, stirred at 200 revolutions/minute, and slowly added polyvinyl alcohol and starch glue during the stirring process. The temperature is set to 80-90 degrees C and reacted for 0.5 hours. The temperature is lowered to 60-70 degrees C, and slowly added vinyl acetate while stirring, and obtained the intermediate. USE - Method for preparing graphene heating floor tile bonding adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared graphene heating floor tile bonding adhesive, where cost of adding starch glue is low, which improves the performance of graphene heating floor tile bonding adhesive while reducing production costs, and added flame-retardant filler enhances the comprehensive physical properties of the adhesive for graphene heating floor tiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene heating floor tile bonding adhesive involves weighing 5-15 pts. wt. of dibutyl phthalate, 1-3 pts. wt. of octanol, 50-60 pts. wt. of deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 pts. wt. of starch glue, 40-50 pts. wt. of vinyl acetate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. of initiator, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. of emulsifier and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. of flame retardant filler. The intermediate is added to the prepared mixture, and added the initiator, emulsifier and flame-retardant filler. The mixture is reacted at 60-70 degrees C for 5 hours to obtain bonding adhesive, cooled at room temperature, and sealed package for later use.
