USE - Composite material used for preparing supercapacitor electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high specific capacitance, high specific energy, excellent circulation property, and good electrochemical comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water; weighing metal dysprosium and cobalt nitrate or chlorate, and adding product in first step; mixing with p-phenylenediamine and stirring; hydrothermal reacting, cooling to room temperature, and filtering; and heating, calcining under protection of inert atmosphere, and naturally cooling.
