▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene bionic photo detector having wavelength selectivity comprises (i) providing a substrate, (ii) forming an electrode device on the substrate, where the electrode device comprising a test electrode, a power supply lead, and a power supply electrode, (iii) providing graphene, transferring the graphene to the electrode device, where the graphene at least completely covers the test electrode, (iv) annealing the structure obtained in the step (iii) in a chemical vapor deposition reactor, (v) forming an active film having an active group on the surface of the graphene after annealing, and (vi) forming a photoreceptor protein on the surface of the active film, the photoreceptor protein binding to a reactive group of the active film to form a covalent bond to link the photoreceptor protein to the active film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene bionic photo detector having wavelength selectivity. ADVANTAGE - The graphene bionic photo detector: has low absorption, high sensitivity, fast response and recovery, and excellent stability; method is simple, economical and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene bionic light detector having wavelength selectivity comprising a substrate, an electrode device formed on the substrate, where the electrode device comprises a test electrode, a power supply lead, a power supply electrode, graphene located on the electrode devices of active film, formed on the surface of the graphene, a light receptor protein formed on the active film.
