▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyethylene glycol (PEO) polymer-based three dimensional (3D) network structure all-solid electrolyte has reinforced graphene aerogel as the network backbone, polyethylene oxide (PEO) as the polymer matrix, polyethylene glycol (PEG), fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) and vinylene carbonate (VC) blend reactant is used as a plasticizer. The PEO, lithium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide (LiTFSI) and plasticizer are blended, and the blended liquid is poured into a modified graphene aerogel to prepare an all-solid electrolyte. USE - Polyethylene glycol (PEO) polymer-based three dimensional (3D) network structure all-solid electrolyte for all-solid lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene glycol polymer-based three dimensional network structure all-solid electrolyte exhibits better charge-discharge performance and cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing 3D network structure all-solid electrolyte based on PEO polymer, which involves: (A) pre-strengthening graphene with polyimide (PI) to obtain a mixed solution of graphene oxide; (B) adopting polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) secondary strengthening modified graphene aerogel; (C) preparing blend of PEG, FEC and VC according to the weight ratio and heated to obtain a plasticizer; (D) weighing PEO and LiTFSI reagent in EO/Li ratio and dissolving in acetonitrile reagent to obtain precursor solution; (E) adding plasticizer to the precursor liquid and blending to obtain a blended liquid; and (F) casting the blend liquid into the graphene aerogel modified to obtain a all-solid electrolyte.
