▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene rubber compound with electrical and thermal conductivity comprises rubber material carrier material and additive i.e. graphene oxidation modifier or carbon nanotube oxidation modifier. USE - The graphene rubber compound with electrical and thermal conductivity is useful in tire making material and conveyor belt making material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene rubber compound improves electrically and thermally conductive of the tire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene rubber compound based on electrical and thermal conductivity comprising: (i) preparing graphene rubber complex I by mixing of 90 wt.% multi-layer graphene powder with not less than 95% oxygen drying gas, oxidizing in a boiling state for 40-50 minutes, drying in an oven at 100-120 degrees C, subjecting to static drying treatment for 40-50 minutes to obtain graphene oxidation modifier, adding 50-100 pts. wt. natural gum, 50-100 pts. wt. graphene oxidation modifier, 6-10 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 2-4 pts. wt. peptizing agent, mixing, kneading with open mill at 110-120 degrees C for 28-32 minutes to obtain graphene rubber complex I and preparing graphene rubber compound II by introducing carbon nanotube with not less than 95% oxygen drying gas, adding multi-graphene powder, oxidizing in a boiling state for 40-50 minutes, drying in an oven at 100-120 degrees C for 40-50 minutes to obtain carbon nanotube oxidation modifier, adding 50-100 pts. wt. cis-butadiene rubber, 50-100 pts. wt. carbon nanotube oxidation modifier, 6-10 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, mixing, kneading in an open mill at 110-120 degrees C for 28-32 minutes to obtain graphene rubber compound II.
