NOVELTY - The graphene has a mixture layer provided with a PDMS that is connected with dispersing noble metal nanometer material. The mixture layer is connected to the dispersing noble metal nanometer material. A tile part of a graphene oxide film is fixed on the mixture layer. A light driving double-layer composite film generates bending deformation under irradiation of light, where the light is a laser. USE - Oxidized graphene light driving double-layer composite film for micro-fluidic chip, light driving flexible mechanical device, and fluidic valve control. ADVANTAGE - The film has transparency, flexibility, large deformation degree and better controllability so as to control the device remotely.
