▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide powder is added to emulsion polymer microspheres, ultrasonically vibrated, and graphene oxide powder is completely dispersed to obtain graphene oxide-composite emulsion polymer microspheres. The obtained microspheres are then diluted using 0.1-2% deionized water to obtain graphene oxide-polymer microspheres aqueous lubricant additive. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-polymer microspheres aqueous lubricant additive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene oxide-polymer microspheres aqueous lubricant additive which is capable of reducing friction coefficient. The graphene oxide-polymer microspheres aqueous lubricant additive has improved abrasion resistance and stability while cooling, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide powder is prepared by adding natural graphite flakes and sodium nitrate to concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting in an ice water bath at 0-2 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, gradually adding potassium permanganate, stirring continuously for 3-5 hours, heated to 35 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, gradually adding deionized water, reacting at 98 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, adding reduced amount of hydrogen peroxide solution, vacuum-filtering, centrifuging, washing to neutral pH, extracting obtained supernatant, rotary-evaporating, freeze-drying and grinding. Emulsion polymer microspheres are prepared by adding emulsifier to deionized water, stirring until emulsifier dissolves completely, adding monomeric material, heating at 40 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, heating at 80 degrees C, gradually adding initiator solution, and reacting for 80-120 minutes. The monomeric material is acrylate monomer or styrene. The emulsion polymer microspheres are polyacrylate latex microspheres or polystyrene emulsion microspheres. The obtained graphene oxide powder is added to emulsion polymer microspheres, ultrasonically vibrated, and graphene oxide powder is completely dispersed to obtain graphene oxide-composite emulsion polymer microspheres. The obtained microspheres are then diluted using 0.1-2% deionized water to obtain graphene oxide-polymer microspheres aqueous lubricant additive.
