NOVELTY - Preparation of conductive ink involves (S1) using graphite plate as an anode and counter electrode, immersing in deionized water for electrolysis, and ultrasonically treating and centrifugation of electrolyte to obtain nano graphite water dispersion liquid, and (S2) mixing silver paste with nano graphite aqueous dispersion liquid to obtain mixed liquid, and ultrasonically dispersing on mixed liquid. USE - Preparation of conductive ink used for preparing flexible mechanical sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible mechanical sensor has excellent electric conductivity, high sensitivity and high repeatable electric response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible mechanical sensor, which involves adding conductive ink in an inkjet printer, flexible electrode is printed on surface of flexible substrate after heating treatment.
