▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Tail-throwing pre-enrichment technique suitable for gallium-containing coal gangue comprises (i) sieving and crushing gallium containing coal gangues by sieve and crushing closed operation, crushing the selected raw ore to the required granularity level to form a selected raw material, (ii) grading the selected processed raw material through a grading sieve to obtain a block-shaped-d1-d2 grain-level coal-gangue product, (iii) performing X-ray transmission sorting on the block coal-gangue product with a particle size of -d1+d2 to obtain high-grade coal-groupue and low-quality coal-aggregateue, and (iv) sorting the high-strength coal-agregateue obtained in the step (iii)-d2-graphene product to obtain concentrate and tail ore product. USE - Tail-throwing pre-enrichment technique for gallium-containing coal gangue used in electronics and semiconductor industries. Can also be used in coal-based strategy metal mineral extraction process. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the processing ability of the system and the accuracy of the separation by combining the characteristics with large processing capacity of X-ray transmission technology and the characteristics analysis of the element content. The method provides a tail-throwing pre-enrichment technique with simple technique, wide adaptability and strong processing capacity aiming at the problem of existing coal gangue extracting gallium technology. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a tail-throwing pre-enrichment technique for gallium-containing coal gangue. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
