NOVELTY - A foam material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. natural rubber, 21-28 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 8-12 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. nano medium, 4-5 pts. wt. phenylene oxide silicon glycol, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 2-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2.5-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-2.4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-2.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. foaming agent and 4-5 pts. wt. lubricant, where lubricant is mixture of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and ethylene bisstearamide. The mass ratio of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and ethylene bis-stearamide is 1:(0.17-0.22). The crosslinking agent is a mixture of rubber crosslinking agent VP-4L and isocyanate Desmodur BL3175A (RTM: Blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate. The nano medium is nano calcium carbonate, and foaming agent is azodicarbonamide foaming agent. USE - Graphene natural rubber composite foam material for shoe soles of old people.
