NOVELTY - Improvement of graphene paper mechanical properties and conductivity comprises putting dried graphene paper prepared by the filtration into a closed aluminum alloy container, pressurizing at 9-11 Pa, placing aluminum alloy container in irradiation area of electron accelerator, and irradiating with electron beam energy of 4-6 MeV, irradiation dose rate of 4-6x 1013 e/cm2.second, irradiation time of 15-25 minutes, and total dose of 50-70x 1015 e/cm2. USE - The method is used for improving graphene paper mechanical properties and conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively make the graphene sheets in the graphene paper connected by C-C covalent bonds, improves electrical properties of graphene paper, and has high efficiency, easy control, and environmental protection.
