A conductive agent (100) layer covering the surface of the elastic casing film. USE - The cathode filling agent is useful in cathode material for lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion battery: has good high temperature performance, circulating performance, safety performance and service life, improved conductivity, stability, cycle performance, and charging and discharging characteristics; and reduces production of hydrofluoric acid.
