DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dispersed graphene of alginic acid derivative based modified electrode preparing method involves mixing graphite powder, n-hexylpyridine hexafluorophosphate and liquid paraffin at a ratio of 2.4-3.8 g: 1.0-2.0 g: 0.8-1.6 mL, grinding the mortar thoroughly for 2-4 hours, packing it into a glass tube as a filler, inserting the copper wire as a wire and polishing the surface to obtain ionic liquid carbon paste electrode, preparing the amphiphilic alginate derivative dispersed graphene mixture by ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a uniformly dispersed suspension, and adding myoglobin, after shaking and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture of amphiphilic alginate derivative-graphene-myoglobin having an amphiphilic alginate derivative concentration of 1.5-2.5 mg/mL, a grapheme concentration of 0.8-1.8 mg/mL, and a myoglobin concentration of 4.0-8.0 mg/mL, applying amphiphilic alginate derivative-graphene-myoglobin mixed droplets to the polished ionic liquid carbon paste electrode surface, after drying the surface, applying a layer of nafion to prevent leakage of myoglobin in the composite film to obtain a stable modified electrode Nafion/ amphiphilic alginate derivative-graphene-myoglobin/ionic liquid carbon paste electrode. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electrochemical biosensor constructed by dispersing graphene of alginate derivative.
