NOVELTY - Method of transferring graphene involves fixing burette on an iron frame table, growing metal foil graphene on target substrate surface, placing substrate on lower portion of the titration tube, pressing metal foil, dripping ferric chloride on the top of the metal foil, controlling ferric chloride solution outflow, and providing ferric chloride solution between graphene and substrate. USE - Method of transferring graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically transfers graphene by simple method with large-area device integration, without organic residues.
