NOVELTY - A multi-layered metal/graphene composite thin strip preparing method involves manufacturing metal material, utilizing synchronous cold rolling technology, thinning metal material, maintaining metal material tensile strength, polishing metal strip surface, performing ultrasonic vibration cleaning and drying to obtain dried metal material. The obtained material surface is coated with graphene and dried to obtain metal/graphene thin material followed by rolling to obtain multilayer metal/graphene composite sheet and repeating above process to obtain multilayer metal/graphene composite thin strip. USE - Method for preparing a multi-layered metal/graphene composite thin strip. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing production equipment requirement, reducing production energy and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A multi-layered metal/graphene composite thin strip preparing method involves manufacturing metal material with 1-20 mm thickness and 50-500 mm width, utilizing synchronous cold rolling technology with 100-180 mm roller diameter at a speed of 0.5-3 m/minute, thinning metal material to 0.3-0.9 mm, maintaining metal material tensile strength to 1/5-1/3, polishing metal strip surface, performing ultrasonic vibration cleaning at 30-50 degrees C for 5-10 minutes and drying to obtain dried metal material. The obtained material surface is coated with graphene to 5-50 mu m thickness and drying for 10-30 minutes to obtain metal/graphene thin material, followed by rolling by using simultaneous cold rolling process with 100-180 mm roller diameter at a speed of 0.5-3 m/minute to obtain multilayer metal/graphene composite sheet with 0.5-1 mm thickness and repeating above process to obtain multilayer metal/graphene composite thin strip with 1-4 mu m thickness.
