NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material modified marine antifouling paint comprises spraying dispersion of graphene-porous lanthanum cobaltite composite on surface of substrate and forming film based on graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material and spraying low surface performance coating layer on film based on graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite, where the dispersion of graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material comprises e.g. graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite, epoxy resin, solvent, dispersant and curing agent; the preparation of graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material comprises preparing a nitrate solution of cerium and cobalt and adding citric acid to obtain samarium cobalt-citric acid mixed solution and mixing samarium cobalt-citric acid mixed solution with graphene oxide, stirring uniformly and hydrothermally reacting to obtain graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material. USE - The preparing graphene composite material modified marine antifouling paint is useful in the field of marine antifouling coatings. ADVANTAGE - The method inhibits the adhesion of marine organisms. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite material modified marine antifouling paint comprises (1) spraying dispersion of graphene-porous lanthanum cobaltite composite on surface of substrate and forming film based on graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material and (2) spraying low surface performance coating layer on film based on graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite, where the dispersion of graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 40-50 pts. wt. solvent, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 10-20 pts. wt. curing agent; the preparation of graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material comprises (a) preparing a nitrate solution of cerium and cobalt and adding citric acid to obtain samarium cobalt-citric acid mixed solution and (b) mixing samarium cobalt-citric acid mixed solution with graphene oxide in mass ratio of 1:0.10-0.12, stirring uniformly and hydrothermally reacting at 200-220 degrees C for 28-32 hours to obtain graphene-porous cobalt lanthanum composite material, where the low surface performance coating layer comprises 10-15 pts. wt. fluorotetrafluoroethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. furan resin, 1-2 pts. wt. toner, 10-20 pts. wt. iron powder, 30-35 pts. wt. solvent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent.
