NOVELTY - Preparing immunosensor based on antibody directional fixation and nanocomposite material, is claimed, where the nanocomposite material is graphene sheets-ethyleneimine polymer-gold (GS-PEI-Au) nanocomposite material for improving water solubility, conductivity and stability of graphene, an electrode is modified by synergistic effects of two nanocomposite materials including multi-walled carbon nanotubes-chitosan (MWCNTs-CS) and GS-PEI-Au so that the current response is obviously enhanced, and the effective fixed area of the electrode is expanded. USE - The method is useful for preparing immunosensor based on antibody directional fixation and nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method allows preparation of immunosensor with rapid detection sensitivity and selectivity and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing immunosensor based on antibody directional fixation and nanocomposite material, is claimed, where the nanocomposite material is graphene sheets-ethyleneimine polymer-gold (GS-PEI-Au) nanocomposite material for improving water solubility, conductivity and stability of graphene, an electrode is modified by synergistic effects of two nano-composite materials including multi-walled carbon nanotubes-chitosan (MWCNTs-CS) and GS-PEI-Au so that the current response is obviously enhanced, the effective fixed area of the electrode is expanded, and the effective fixation quantity of the antibody on a surface of the electrode is improved.
