NOVELTY - Preparation of Linquist type potassium niobate (K7HNb6O19)-polypyrrole-reduced graphene oxide composite photocatalyst, comprises preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, mixing obtained graphene oxide with water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain first mixed solution; mixing pyrrole and ethanol to obtain solution of pyrrole in ethanol; adding pyrrole in ethanol solution into first mixed solution, stirring for 30-45 minutes to obtain second mixed solution; adding potassium niobate to second mixed solution to obtain third mixed solution, where mass ratio of graphene oxide, pyrrole and potassium niobate is 4:87-145:34-685; and hydrothermally reacting third mixed solution, washing reaction product and drying. USE - Method for preparing Linquist type potassium niobate-polypyrrole-reduced graphene oxide composite photocatalyst used for photocatalytic hydrogen production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The catalyst has good catalytic activity and stability. The photocatalytic hydrogen production can reach 207.56 mu mol/g/hour.
