▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene thermal-conductive coating comprises 27.5-36.5 wt.% base resin, 20-30 wt.% filler, 20-35 wt.% graphene, 3-5 wt.% additive, 5-15 wt.% solvent and 0.5-2.5 wt.% polydimethylsiloxane. The coating is obtained by adding graphene, polydimethylsiloxane and additive to base resin and filler. USE - Modified graphene thermal-conductive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene coating has excellent lubricating property, rubbing resistance and thermal conductivity due to the presence of graphene, leveling property due to the presence of modified silicone, adhesiveness with respect to substrate, acid resistance, chemical stability and dispersibility, and reduced air-bubble generation during dispersion process, and provides film having excellent smoothness.
