NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphene oxide composite slurry by mixing 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide with 70-98 pts. mass with deionized water, stirring and dispersing, ultrasonic, homogenizing and peeling to obtain high single-layer graphene oxide/graphene slurry, adding 1 to hollow material, stirring to mix uniformly, preparing to obtain graphene oxide complex slurry; (ii) pre-foaming graphene oxide film by coating and drying the prepared graphene oxide mixture by coating method, preparing into a pretreated graphene oxide membrane with a thickness of 10-1000 ??m; (iii) pretreating the pretreated preprocessed graphene oxide membranes under the environment of 60-300?? C, precisely controlling the heating rate and heat preservation time, and controlling the release amount and release rate of the decomposition gas to obtain a preliminary foamed graphene dioxide membrane. USE - Method for preparing a low-resilience graphene foam used in electronic equipment, intelligent equipment used by public, manufacturing equipment of industrial grade, and high power equipment e.g. radar. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare low-resilience graphene foam that has high expansion rate and high thermal conductivity, and improves the porosity of the original material graphene oxide film.
