NOVELTY - Producing a concrete product involves preparing a concrete slurry with fibers consisting of steel fibers and/or macro synthetic fibers, preparing the concrete slurry with an additive comprising colloidal silica and/or graphene oxide, and pouring the concrete slurry to form the concrete product, where the concrete slurry has a water to cement ratio of 0.400-0.450. USE - Method for producing a concrete product for industrial and commercial applications, where the concrete product includes concrete slabs (claimed), concrete rafts, and concrete pillars and columns. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce efficient, effective and impermeable concrete products exhibiting exceptional tensile strength and durability for heaviest loads and equipment, by utilizing a synergistic combination of a uniquely prepared concrete mixture with a unique curing technique and by reducing the carbon footprint, energy consumption, environmental costs, and time, labor and resources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for producing a concrete slab 1 on a substrate for industrial and commercial applications, which involves: a. preparing a concrete slurry comprising a concrete mixture, a colloidal silica admixture, and a graphene oxide admixture; b. pouring the concrete slurry onto the substrate; and c. allowing the concrete slurry to cure such that capillary pores develop in the concrete as the concrete slab sets from the poured concrete slurry, silica and calcium hydroxide partially fill the capillary pores of the concrete, the silica and calcium hydroxide react to produce a gel structure of calcium silicate hydrate within the capillary pores, and the concrete is embedded with the graphene oxide; and 2. a concrete product, which comprises cement, aggregate, the fibers, and the additive DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows perspective view of a concrete product in the form of a concrete slab.
