NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature resistant polyurethane sealant comprises (i) heating and dehydrating the polyether polyol, cooling, adding 3-isocyanatomethylene-3, ultrasonically processing, increasing the temperature and carrying out the reaction to obtain prepolymer, and (ii) adding nano-silicon dioxide, nano-graphene, phthalic acid di (2-ethyl hexyl) ester, dibutyltin dilaurate, water absorbent BF-5, and carboxymethyl fiber to the prepolymer obtain in the step (i), uniformly stirring under vacuum, cooling, adding N,N-dimethyl cyclohexyl amine, and thoroughly stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing high temperature resistant polyurethane sealant.
