NOVELTY - Weather resistant powder coating comprises 80- 120 pts. wt. hydroxy polyester resin, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 7-12 pts. wt. polyisocyanate curing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. modified material graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. benzoin, 20-35 pts. wt. filler, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. anti-caking agent, where the preparation method modified graphene composite material includes performing carboxylated reaction of graphene oxide to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide, performing organic reaction, the carboxylation reaction includes reacting graphene oxide with chloro acetic acid and sodium hydroxide and reacting with hydrogen chloride aqueous solution, the organic reaction includes mixing the carboxylic acid graphene with solvent, adding polyfluoroaniline and auxiliary agent for reaction and polyfluoroaniline includes 2, 4-difluoroaniline and 2- methyl-4 - heptafluoroisopropyl aniline. USE - Used as weather resistant powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent impact resistance, excellent hydrophobic property, waterproof property and weather resistance.
