▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing transition metal selenide heterostructure material involves preparing a selenium-containing precursor solution, dissolving the selenium-containing precursor in an organic solution to obtain a selenium-containing precursor solution, preparing a cationic precursor solution, where the cationic precursor solution includes two transition metal elements, or both transition metal elements and nano-carbon materials. The cationic precursor solution is heated to 190-280 degrees C, the selenium-containing precursor solution is injected during stirring under the protection of inert gas, and the reaction is kept at 180-260 degrees C for 5-25 minutes. USE - Method for preparing transition metal selenide heterostructure material. ADVANTAGE - The method has good repeatabilit, small particle size and excellent dispersibility, in simple and cost manner.
