▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Headphone cord material includes 50-75 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin, 7-12 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomers (POE), 3-6 pts. wt. filler, 8-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 pts. wt. hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. emulsifier and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. of initiator. The initiator is potassium persulfate, and the emulsifier is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate. USE - Headphone cord material used as a protective material for the outer jacket of the metal wire of the earphone cable. ADVANTAGE - The headphone cord material has the advantage of relatively better antifouling effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation process of the headphone cord material, which involves: (A) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water at 95-100 degrees C, adding emulsifier and initiator, stirring to dissolve, adding hexafluorobutyl methacrylate and reacting at a constant temperature for 45-60 minutes, and putting in an oven to evaporate water to obtain modified polyvinyl alcohol; and (B) blending modified polyvinyl alcohol, TPU resin, POE and fillers at 150-160 degrees C, cooling and crushing for extrusion granulation to produce earphone wires.
