NOVELTY - Graphite heating device includes a base (1), a door body (3), a box body (5), a placement plate (13) and a graphene heating film. The universal wheels (2) are fixed at the corners of the bottom of the base, and supporting feet (12) are fixed at the bottom of the base on one side of the universal wheel. A box body is fixed on the top of the base, and a button switch (8) is installed on the surface of one side of the box body. A door body is hinged on one side of the box body. A multiple of L-shaped placing racks (11) are provided on both sides of the inside of the box, and the surface of one side of the L-shaped placing rack is pasted with non-slip mats (9). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a heating method of a graphite heating device for monocrystalline silicon production, which involves: (A) moving the graphite heating device to a designated place, making the supporting foot contact the ground, and fixing the graphite heating device; (B) opening the door body, removing the placing plate, placing the crucible for single crystal silicon processing in sequence between the adjacent clamping plates, while pressing the spring on the dovetail slider move in cooperation with the dovetail chute; (C) contacting the protective pad with the side wall of the crucible, and squeezing the clamping plate by the compression spring to clamp and fixing the crucible for processing single crystal silicon of different specifications; (D) turning the fixing bolts in turn to separate them from the inner wall of the box, and adjusting the distance between the adjacent L-shaped placing frames; (E) adjusting to a proper distance, turning the fixing bolt in the opposite direction to fix the L-shaped placing frame, and then placing the placing plate on top of the L-shaped placing frame; (F) closing the door so that the retractable spring squeezes the pressure plate; (G) attaching the gasket to the inner side wall of the box body under the action of the pressure plate to seal the internal environment of the box body; (H) manipulating the button switch to control the graphene heating film for heating, and storing the heat generated by the graphene heating film inside the fixed frame; and (I) manipulating the button switch to control the axial flow fan to work, and uniformly diffusing the hot air flow inside the fixed frame to the inside of the box through the radiator to uniformly heat the monocrystalline silicon.
