▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Enhancing graphene-reinforced glass material comprises dispersing graphene in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain graphene ethanol solution, mixing silicon dioxide, vanadium oxide, boron trioxide, titanium nitride, barium chloride, aluminum oxide, wood cellulose, magnesium oxide and selenium powder, grinding, sieving to obtain mixed powder with particle diameter of 100-200 meshes, uniformly dividing graphene ethanol solution into three parts, spraying first part of graphene ethanol solution in mold cavity, mixing second part of graphene ethanol solution with mixed powder, preserving heat and sintering, heating to 800-900 degrees C at 2-5 degrees C/minute, maintaining temperature and sintering for 45-60 minutes to obtain glass material, introducing glass material in mold cavity, spraying third part of graphene ethanol solution on glass material, heating mold cavity with glass material at 800-900 degrees C at 3-5 degrees C/minute, keeping temperature for 25-50 minutes, naturally cooling, grinding, and polishing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced glass material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-reinforced glass material in simple manner.
