▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A fireproof coating comprises 20-27 pts. wt. silicone modified acrylic resin, 16-20 pts. wt. melamine phosphate, 12-15 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 7-10 pts. wt. borax, 2-4 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 0.5-8 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc borate, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. defoamer, and 11.5-34 pts. wt. first solvent. The modified white graphene is polymer coated modified white graphene. The polymer is styrene or acrylate monomer. USE - Fireproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent fireproof function at thickness of 1.5 mm for more than 96 minutes, and excellent smoke-suppressant property at smoke density grade of less than 25%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the fireproof coating comprising mixing melamine phosphate, pentaerythritol, borax, modified white graphene, zinc borate and 45-55% of silicone modified acrylic resin, and stirring to obtain first mixture; mixing remaining silicone modified acrylic resin, chlorinated paraffin and first solvent, stirring, adding first mixture and defoamer, stirring for 30-60 minutes, and sieving.
