▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Packaging material with nano-zinc oxide protection comprises a second coating, a first coating and a thin film substrate from top to bottom. The first coating and the second coating comprise fluorocarbon resin, acrylic resin, isocyanate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and ultraviolet blocking agent. The ultraviolet blocking agent in the first coating is titanium dioxide. The ultraviolet blocking agent in the second coating is nano-zinc oxide. USE - The packaging material is used as solar battery backplane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The packaging material: can absorb high-energy ultraviolet rays; increases transmission rate of thin film to other wavelengths of light; and improves light utilization rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the packaging material, comprising: (i) uniformly stirring and mixing fluorocarbon resin, acrylic resin, isocyanate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, first color paste i.e. titanium dioxide, dispersant, epoxy resin, flatting agent, catalyst and solvent to obtain first coating, and uniformly coating first coating on thin film substrate, and placing into oven for curing; and (ii) uniformly stirring and mixing fluorocarbon resin, acrylic resin, isocyanate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, second color paste i.e. nano-zinc oxide, dispersant, epoxy resin, flatting agent, catalyst and solvent to obtain second coating, and uniformly coating second coating on thin film coating obtained in step (i), and placing into oven for curing.
