NOVELTY - High temperature resistant geocell material comprises 55-70 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 6-13 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 7-15 pts. wt. polyamide, 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent graft modified nano-graphene oxide, 6-10 pts. wt. Nano-reinforced filler, 4-8 pts. wt. interface compatibilizer, 0.2-1 pts. wt. UV absorber, 0.3-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.4-1 pts. wt. processing aid, the nano-reinforced filler is nano-basic magnesium sulfate whiskers, the interfacial compatibility agent is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and aluminate coupling agent DL-411. USE - Used as a high temperature resistant geocell material. ADVANTAGE - The geocell material: has excellent high temperature resistance performance; has high impact strength and good impact resistance; has high tensile strength and good mechanical properties; has high bending modulus; and has good comprehensive mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a high temperature resistant geocell material comprising (1) providing each raw material of the high-temperature resistant geocell material separately and setting, (2) using a high-speed mixer to fully mix other raw materials except the nano-reinforced filler, the mixing time is 3-5 minutes to obtain a mixture, (3) feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, adding nano-reinforced filler to the twin-screw extruder from the forced feeding device in the middle of the twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion and manufacturing grains to obtain the high temperature resistant geocell material.
